Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print for your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your unused Ice Shaker products in the original box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
